
We stock milk, cream, crème fraiche and yogurts from Hinxden Farm, an award winning fourth generation Kent dairy farm. The Hinxden cows are fed on grass and their own grown cereals.
Their award winning milk is pasteurised, bottled and delivered within 24 hours of milking. The milk is naturally produced, the cream rises to the top of the bottle. The herd includes Guernsey cows that produce extra creamy milk and Channel Island cream.

Summer is a fabulous time for fresh, pasture-made cheeses especially goat, sheep styles. They showcase lively, herbaceous flavours reflecting the richness of summer pastures.

We stock fresh produce from many of our local farms, in our family’s organically certified one. This enables us to offer fresh, seasonal produce with minimal food miles.
